We’re very proud to announce that we have passed all the checks with flying colours and are now a TrustMark Registered Business.
What is TrustMark?
As a consumer, TrustMark is a really important registry for you to know about. TrustMark is the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in and around your home.
They license and work with a network of Scheme Providers (for us, it’s the Kbsa) – accreditation bodies and trade associations – who commit to meeting the operating requirements of the Quality Scheme.
In turn, the Scheme Providers license and work with their TrustMark Registered Businesses like us to ensure we commit to and maintain the required standards of technical competence, trading practices and customer service.
How does this benefit our customers?
When you engage a TrustMark Registered Business, that business has demonstrated its quality and professionalism, meeting the highest standards of both the Kbsa and TrustMark.
TrustMark is a not-for-profit organisation. Profits are continually reinvested into the scheme to improve levels of service and enhance consumer protection.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, TrustMark is set up to help consumers achieve fair, timely and cost-effective solutions. They will work closely with the relevant Scheme Provider and Registered Business to ensure that the correct processes and procedures within the TrustMark scheme have been followed.
