We’d like to reassure customers that in line with government guidelines, we are still very much open for business. We are monitoring the situation and advice continuously and our thoughts go out to all those currently affected and yet to be affected by COVID-19. This is an unprecedented situation for us all so we’d like to do two things;
- Reassure you that we’re taking appropriate measures to keep our staff and customers safe.
- Encourage you to shop local. Support your local independent businesses like us who contribute to your high street, local economy and who can continue to meet your needs.
Showroom
Our showroom remains open six days a week and if you haven’t yet visited, we’d love to show you around. We have stunning display kitchens and lots of materials and samples to peruse. To ensure a safe environment, we do ask that all visitors use our facilities to wash their hands on arrival, before exploring the showroom.
In-home design consultations
We are still very happy to offer our free in-home design consultations and these can be booked at anytime. What we do expect in these surreal times is transparency on both sides. We will not put any customers at risk by attending an appointment if we are not fit to do so. We also ask customers seeking appointments to be honest about their health, if they have travelled recently or been in an area currently affected by coronavirus. We can then all make a decision on where and how to run the appointment to safeguard all parties.
Any Kitchens Bespoke staff member visiting your home will use hand sanitiser directly before and after your appointment.
Appointments online
If you would like a design consultation but do not wish to meet in person in the current climate. No problem. We’d be happy to schedule a Skype/video call with you to kick off the ideas and to answer your questions. We can even talk you through how to measure your kitchen up for a formal quote so we can plan and price up your kitchen design whilst working remotely with you! Impact on your kitchen design project
Our suppliers, like us, are operational and it is business as usual albeit with additional hygiene and staff safety measures in place. It is possible that lead times for appliances and furniture may be impacted in the short term, but we will keep customers up to date and informed at every stage. Please do make allowances for the possibility of extended lead times in your schedules.
Lastly…
We’re all in this together and with a common sense approach, we can all continue to make plans, look forward to brighter times, run our businesses and support each other. Just don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hands for a few weeks!
