31 Oct An evening with BORA and Pro Chef, Jack Williams
Last month, we had a brilliant event in the showroom with BORA and Pro Chef Jack Williams.
We invited customers for an informal evening with drinks, nibbles and some culinary delights cooked by Jack on our BORA Classic 2.0.
Jack is a charismatic, experienced, skilful host and chef and spoilt us rotten all night with a tasty bowl food menu served in bamboo boats. He demonstrated all the features, and we were treated to beautifully tender strips of steak with mushrooms, red peppers and garlic with a balsamic glaze, halloumi and pine nuts with peppers, mushrooms and balsamic glaze, and perhaps the favourite of the night, deconstructed apple crumble.
All we can say is there was a lot of toffee sauce and clotted cream and lots of very clean bamboo boats!
There was plenty of fizz poured, burning questions answered, and bamboo forks licked clean. It was a wonderful evening, and we can’t wait to host the next one.
