Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your new purchases from our online shop, but we understand that there may be an occasion when you want to return something.

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item in your order, it can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.


Organising your return

Please contact us at online-orders@kitchensbespoke.co.uk to arrange a return. Please  include;

  • The name of the product
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Please arrange for the items to be returned at your cost to Kitchens Bespoke, 52 London Road, East Grinstead, RH19 1AB. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Your refund request may be rejected or a partial refund offered if;

  • an item is not returned in its original condition
  • is damaged
  • missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The item is returned after 14 days after delivery.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Processing your refund

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll be in touch to let you know that we’ve taken delivery. We’ll also inspect the item and confirm whether your request for a refund has been approved.

If approved, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.


Changed your mind after placing an order?

You must inform us within 14 days of placing your order that you wish to cancel the order. If the item is already on its way to you, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll process the refund.


Damaged or missing items?

Please contact us at online-orders@kitchensbespoke.co.uk as soon as possible and within three days of receiving an order to inform us if an item is missing or damaged.


Sale items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
